These are real items from our own pre-send checklist. No tool can grade them honestly, they need judgment.
- One primary CTA. Secondary links (footer, social) should not compete with it.
- No fake urgency. A deadline claim needs a real, verifiable deadline.
- No invented proof. No fabricated stats or testimonial quotes the brand did not collect.
- Subject line does not misrepresent the email. What it promises is what you get.
- Physical address is present in the footer (CAN-SPAM / GDPR).
- Legal terms are stated or linked, if the email includes an offer.
- All links go where they say. Click every one in a real test send.
- Dark mode: logo stays readable, text does not disappear, CTA keeps contrast. Test in iPhone Mail.
- Tone matches brand voice. Read it out loud.
