What we collect, and why.
Short version: we use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, and we do not put you on a marketing list.
Who we are
Margarita Creative is a design studio operated by Yender Fonseca, based in Madrid, Spain. Contact: yender@margaritacreative.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, optional website, the service you selected, budget range, timeline, and the outcome you described. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
Why
To reply, to decide if the work is a fit, and to keep a record of the enquiry. That is a legitimate interest in responding to a business request. We do not use this data for advertising.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered through FormSubmit, which processes the message so it reaches our inbox. Their servers may temporarily hold the submission. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take on are deleted within 12 months. Enquiries that become a project become part of the project file for as long as we need them to deliver and invoice the work, then as long as Spanish accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold, or object to how we use it. Write to yender@margaritacreative.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
